To ensure our customers receive a quality confectionery service that stands out, we offer a comprehensive returns policy in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your order.
Your right to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 and the following returns procedure must be followed. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to exchange goods or provide a refund.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return goods within 30 working days for a full refund, including the delivery charge.
Please bear in mind that all confectionery is perishable. Saltire Candy Limited cannot be held responsible and hence provide refunds/exchanges on stock affected by circumstances beyond our control. This includes damage and neglect after goods are received. Please note goods being stored in adverse conditions such as extremes of temperature can be affected in a way that they may stick together or alter appearance slightly, however they will taste just as good. During summer months, goods in transport can be affected by warm temperatures so please be aware that delicate items such as chocolate may not always look as intended, but they will still taste exceptionally good.
All orders received from Saltire Candy Limited should be checked and reported within 2 days of receipt if any part is deemed to be unsatisfactory.

Any goods returned should be in the original condition including packaging in which they arrived, along with a copy of the supplied invoice. Items will not be accepted if they are opened or removed from their original packaging.
Once the returned item(s) are received, they will be checked and a refund including postage will be issued where applicable. Refunds will be paid within 30 days. Saltire Candy Limited are not responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning goods. When returning items, we advise postal insurance is selected to cover the value of the goods.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described.
Due to the perishable nature of confectionery, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges simply on unwanted goods. Saltire Candy can only offer refunds/exchanges on items that were faulty or incorrectly described at the time of dispatch.
Saltire Candy will only accept goods for refund/exchange that are supplied by us.
We are not responsible for any costs or losses incurred after original cost of item(s) and return postage.
No additional compensation will be available on goods returned other than stated above.
