Moffat Toffee is a traditional Scottish boiled sweet with a rich caramel flavour on the outside and a tangy, zesty lemon centre. Originating from the Scottish town of Moffat, this old-fashioned favourite has been delighting generations for many many years and is still handmade there to this very day!
